Coin bearer

He put this helmet on. Can’t help but share. So cute!

The little guy is really growing so fast. At 15 months he can tell when he wanted milk and not like his first time he has spoken “deeedeee”, now it’s more clear and so cute! He can also do “mano po” very well, runs when he does something naughty, shakes his forefinger up in the air a sign of “lagot ka!!!!”  when he knew he drop something and can put together a couple of blocks. He still sweeps the floor and plays with Laida when the she is inside the house. He learned the word HOT and he uses that each time he touches something like he’s asking if it’s hot or not. LOL

He knows how to wear it….was just teasing us earlier.

He can climb up the down the bed now and does a lot of funny stunts and can charm us in his very special way. I hope he won’t grow too fast. Come October he will be the coin bearer on my SIL’s wedding. I am super excited to see him walk down the aisle at the same time scared that he might do a stunt or two. I imagine him walking back and forth the aisle, dropping the pillow with the coin on the floor and start running, pulling the tulle on the sides…..Oh I hope he will behave the whole ceremony. Ella will be the flower girl too but I am confident that she can gracefully do her part since she is already 7 and has been a flower girl to several weddings since she was 2. This is Eman’s first and to think he is still so little. I have a cute black pants for him to wear. I bought it when he was still a little baby. It will go nicely with a tux and a tie. Yeah, I am so excited. I have found several kids ties at the mall but they might be too big for him. I might sew one for him and who knows we can sell kid’s ties too. :)

I will be busy again

Last Thursday we met MIL and SIL at China-Town in downtown area. Donald’s younger sister is getting married come October and I was asked to make wedding give-aways, invites and the head dresses. For the give aways, she wanted something like my sister Crislyn’s wedding give aways. I made bag chains for them. SIL saw it when I was making it and from then on she had it in her mind what she wanted for her own wedding. Instead of bag chain, she wanted key chain and so here is what I made as a sample.

She was telling me that wearing a dress would be nice. Of course I will even when I am not part of the entourage. I am thinking of sewing I myself but I have not found the design I wanted. :) She was also telling Donald to wear barong (our national men’s attire) because he will be the cord sponsor. Donald doesn’t like the idea. I guess for him it is a waste of money to rent a barong. Let’s see if I can convince him to wear tuxedo instead. There are tons of it at ukay-ukay. :)

“Somehow, out of all the twists and turns over our lives could have taken,

and out of all the chances we might have missed,

It almost seems like we were given a meant-to-be moment…

to meet you, to get to know each other and to set the stage for a special togetherness.

When I am with you, I know that I am in the presence of

someone who makes my life more complete than I ever dreamed it could be.

I turn to you for trust and you give it openly.

I look to you for inspiration, for answers, and for encouragement.

And – not only do you never let me down. You lift my spirits up

and take me to places where my troubles seem so much further away

and my joys feel like they’re going to stay in my life forever.

I hope you’ll stay forever.

I feel you’re my soulmate.

And I want you to know that my world is reassured by you,

my tomorrow’s need to have you near.

So many of my smiles depend on you,

and my heart is so thankful that you are here.”

Been dreaming making invitations for all occasions and I tried making one for Ella’s birthday. I browsed online but I just can’t find one that suits my taste. I want it personalized and I found a site that provides unique and sophisticated invitations for special events. How I love the concept of making invitations fun, simple and easy. You could even mix and match to make the invitation of your dream or you could select from hundreds of cutting-edge invitations from top brands in the industry. Remembering the wedding of celebrities Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo which they did in a very short span of time, you could do that too! No more long waiting for the Wedding Invitations to get done. You can now place your order online that will only take a few minutes. You can search and compare invitations using their 7 types of powerful search engines and you can also calculate and quote multiple products and quantities to make sure you are not going beyond the budget. Not only that, you can also review and share your selected invitations to family and friends with their personalized folder. To ensure even a novice user can make an eloquent invitation, they have fully integrated step-by-step wording wizard. Finding this, I must say I would love to walk down the aisle again to renew our marriage vow. Everything is simple and so neat! :-)
