Eman turned 2 months today. Where did the time go? It’s like yesterday when I was on the delivery room holding him for the first time.

Our day went well inspite of us being sick. I still finished the assignment that was given to me while Eman was not sa fussy as yesterday. He still has the allergies but it’s so cute how he smiles and giggles each time I aim the camera at him. He knew what the black thing was and he smiles instantly even when I have not yet cooed him.

We are kidding Ella that her birthday has already passed. She took out a large calendar, counting how many days until her birthday. In the afternoon I went out to check our local grocery store if they carry all the ingredients that I will be needing to make a cake and pichi-pichi. They don’t have lye for pichi-pichi and they don’t have corn oil or even vegetable oil for the cake….even butter. The nearest place where I can surely get all those is Tagum which is a good 2 hour-bus ride from here. It is not practical to go there just to buy ingredients so I guess we will just order cake from the local bakery. But I still would like to try to make steamed choco moist cake. If there is a way, there’s a way. I hope I can find corn oil and butter in the market.

I won’t make this long as I needed to rest now. Added to flu, I hurt myself this afternoon when I was closing the gate. I have a deep cut on my right arm that hurts so bad from the nail that was protruding.
