In a month I will be celebrating the first birthday of my blog. Yay! It’s like I’ve just started blogging yesterday. Oh where, oh where did the time go? Thanks to my sister Crislyn who taught me blogging 101. I remember the sleepless nights that I spent tweaking my theme which ended up in a fatal error.
;The price I got from wanting more from the free theme that I have downloaded. I also got the chance to learn more about parenting, crafts and everything else. I also found some blogs that I’ve been attached to and kept on checking for updates about their personal lives. When I was a kid, I love the shade of pink. I love pink dress, pink umbrella, pink school bag…..but I wasn’t lucky enough to have all my stuffs in pink. Then when I was in high school, I love wearing navy blue tops because it makes me look fairer.
And in college, burgundy is my theme because like the navy blue, it makes me glow too.
A couple of year after I went crazy over burgundy, I fell in love with lavender and that is why when Donald and I got married, that was our motif along with pink. I had no clue when exactly was the time I turned my loyalty to the shade of brown. I don’t know if my eyes are still in perfect condition because I see myself prettier in brown than any other color. Shoes, bags, tops even nails. Then I remember the book (I think the title is Color me Beautiful) of our missionary in Davao before. It talks about “your color”, that there’s some colors that won’t look good on you yet it looks so stunning to others. I agree to that 200% because you can’t see me wear white except during occasions that calls for white like wedding and funerals. I don’t know why but I feel I am ugliest with this color. I honestly did not find out in the book what’s my shade but I know for sure it’s brown because I just love it and I am sticking to it!
