Because it is raining, we just lazed around the house. I did some uploading of photos to my friendster. The ones from yesterday’s trip to the pool. I have yet to upload photos taken in Davao and my hometown because my cousin is bugging me about it so she could grab some. Ella just spent the day watching Barney. When Donald went out this morning to pay bills, I asked him to buy me caldereta for lunch. Also some sweet apples (I think it’s now my favorite), cans of milk and a dozen eggs which I made into a leche flan. I don’t know why I am craving for some particular food when I am in my third trimester already.

In the evening, after dinner, Donald and I are lying in bed watching TV while she was silently drawing something in her table. I heard her move something. I think it’s a chair. Then suddenly there was a faint cry. Donald and I rushed to see what’s happening and she emerged from the living room crying. She was cupping her right cheek. I held her close to me and checked where’s hurting. She has some holes on her molars now but she’s pointing to her gums. I think there would be a new tooth coming out next to the last tooth on the right. After scaring us, she made me laugh when she said, “Lord, tanggalin mo ang sakit please….” (Lord, please take the pain away…). I found it so cute because in the middle of the throbbing pain, she still remembers to pray. Not all could do that and I know it because when I get migraine attacks, I get so overwhelmed with pain and just thinking about painkillers and not about the power of prayer. How I wish I have faith as big as Ella. We gave her pain killer (we have a bottle of Ponstan for kids that was bought when she had her first issue with her gums months back) and it did work fast because in a few moments, Ella was up and about thanking God for taking the pain away.

Been eating leche flan for breakfast while I am writing this post and one thing I discovered today is that mosquitoes can thrive inside a fridge. I have made two large leche flan and four tiny ones. When I took the plate out from the fridge, I saw a mosquito on the side of one plate. I thought it was dead but when I touched it, it moved! So, mosquitoes can really live at such low temperature. I didn’t know that. If it will snow here in this part of the globe, I think mosquitoes are the only creature that will survive. I’d definitely die ahead of them.

Last Friday I taught her to fold her own clothes since she is already 5. She did well on her first try and was asking me to fold Donald and mine’s clothes too but I told her ours are big. Donald took some snap of her little debater.

After the worship service and a quick lunch (it took me 1 hour to roast the fish and only 15 minutes to eat it), nap time as usual. At 4ish I went to the market while Ella played in the pc and Donald still off to dreamland. I bought tinting color for the table that the neighbor is making for us and ingredients for leche flan. It just popped in my mind that I wanted to make leche flan for Donald. Here’s the most decent shot since we had power interruption while I was taking photos of it.

Oppsss….my photos are so huge! Sorry I have no time to edit now Have to find the best car insurance that I was looking for weeks now. Not for us ‘cos we have no car! But for Tatang’s son-in-law. Good that Ella is studying alone and was just asking me questions from time to time because after this, I will get online again for my coding job until tomorrow morning.
