They grow like weeds

Eman and I had a short play after the worship service, the come-catch-my-nose that we loved to play with Ella when she was still a baby.

We were so strangely early to be ready for the Sunday worship. Eman, my alarm clock, woke me up at the same time that he does each day. I already prepared my lesson for the kids, made their snacks and ironed our Sunday dresses last night so we are pretty much left without nothing to do than to take a bath. Ella wouldn’t want to wear the dress I picked but I insisted because she will outgrow it tomorrow. hahahahaha! Not really that soon but you know how kids grow so quick like weeds. Read more… »

I asked her why, her short reply was “Gusto ko kasi sana maligo sa ulan…” (I wanted to bathe in the rain) God must have heard her innocent request and so today, it did rain AGAIN. I was awakened by giggles and loud voices, I stood and went to see what’s going on. And there she was, playing in the rain with her daddy :-) Well, she need to experience that once in a blue moon. We seldom let her out in the rain, she had played only 4 times in the rain in her whole life. So that’ll count once every year :-)  Still half asleep, I grabbed my camera to take a few shots of her once in a lifetime privilege. Read more… »
