I am very happy that she is earning money now. She is a front desk clerk at Legaspi Suites. Although her moving out from Ate’s apartment made me worry at first, I am not that worried anymore after we visited her in her new place. Her housemates are her old college friends back in our hometown and I find them polite. You will really know if someone is raised in the province. I wish their apartment is in a safer area though. The place is like a squatters area where there is no yard. Houses are built very very very close (like there is no thing you can call a yard) and if there is fire, it will be in just a few moments that everything will be in fire. So I was always telling Cheche to be careful when they are using electricity and when there is fire, she should run to the river. I am serious. The river is just in front of their apartment so all she need to do is swim to the other bank. I can’t imagine living in that area…..I won’t be able to sleep at night and I will surely find out insurance quotes that we can afford just in case.

Here are some photos taken last February 9, 2010, the day after he moved out. It was the day we bought my new/old laptop and we met her at the mall for an afternoon snack. She missed the kids especially the little guy and she asked me to take their photo. Eman was not in the mood to get his pictures taken…but lookie, I just love these shots.

Well, my little sister is such a brat and as much as I wanted her to learn from her mistakes, I stillcan’t resist her because no matter how brat she is…..she is still our sister and Mamang’s baby.I can’t really blame her because when she was little she was spoiled rotten by Daddy, Mamang and Ate. So everytime I feel like loosing patience to her, I just think of Mamang and how she loves that little brat. I think she has come to realization that being independent is not at all easy. I and Ate are always telling her to move here in the house or go back to Ate’s apartment. She said she will if she will run out of money.

While our little man is still needing a lot of attention and care, our dear little lady here is surely growing so fast and independent. Several months ago, I noticed a great change in her. She can use the bathroom alone, bathe herself, brush her teeth, fix her hair, get her own food, make her own glass of milk, puts on her socks and shoes, get dressed and she even cleaned her book bag tonight before going to bed. How I wish I could freeze her growth like the plants in Farm Town.

Speaking of Farm Town, I took a picture of my sisters and I in my farm. But I am so dumb not to know how to post it here in my blog. Tried cropping it and resizing it but it does not appear as I want it to be. I will figure it out first. Anyway, I logged it to Cheche’s account and hired her to harvest my grapes. Then my sister Crislyn came and helped out. While I was standing there, I took a photo of us. When my sister Crislyn read the message that I am taking photo she suggested that we move near the flowers in my farm house. It’s like a reunion. I can’t believe we had a picture in my farm! Tomorrow I will ask Donald to pose with me.

Anyhoo, so much of the farming stuffs. Now back to the real world. Been watching the news and I was surprised that a lot of people are coming out in the open to complain about medical malpractices. One singer has undergone a butt surgery who is now suffering from the side effects. She’s been having puss discharges earlier and she recently noticed a deformity on the operated area. She has to see someone that could help her get justice that she wants by hiring someone like Rochester medical malpractice attorney. I can’t spend money on those surgeries…..I am happy with how God made me and I am happy that He didn’t give me money to spend for it. Thank you Lord for saving me from such headaches.

Cheche left for Davao this morning crying! She said she will be missing Ella and Eman. She was suppose to go home last Sunday but we asked her to stay longer which she gladly did. She was a big help here while I do farming! Now that she’s gone, I think I will just plant seeds that has longer waiting period. Be right back for more updates about our week.

For 32 hours of no fan, no internet, no water, no light, ……we felt we are in Mars. Cheche who is used to city life, was telling us that we live far from civilization over and over again and that it’s so lonely here. We are asking her to stay longer so I could work overtime to beat the deadline. Glad that she agreed but my worry is that it’s my sister Crislyn’s birthday tomorrow. I was thinking she might be needed there but we are talking via YM now and I hope she will agree.

We found out that having no electricity has brought something good. We have spent two dinners with Ate Beth and Kuya David in their place. We went there yesterday afternoon just to kill the time and to show Cheche around but we ended up staying for dinner (with invitation of course) . We also discussed work related matters for the newly approved projects. Then again this afternoon we went back there for a chat and you guessed it right, we were also invited for dinner so we stayed until 8pm talking about personal matters this time. If we do have electricity, we could have not gone there and bonded with them.

With my niece Mgel (cousin’s daughter) who was one of her escorts and our big sister Ella who was very happy to see her Tita Cheche graduate.

Donald and I did not make it there because I just gave birth and we were not sure if there would be seats for everyone. Daddy, Mgel, Ella and my sister Crislyn (who was behind the lens) were the ones who witnessed the special event. Manang Inday, her daughter Dimple and Mgel’s brother Beeboy arrived and later in the afternoon, Manong Nolan and Manang Tessie (Mgel’s parents) came straight from our hometown to celebrate with us. They brought tuna and shrimps that Manang Inday cooked. The funny part is that Ella was jealous because her name wasn’t written on the cake when in fact she also graduated from Kindergarten. She was really disappointed and I couldn’t blame her because we promised her to ask Cheche buy a graduation cake from Goldilocks when she comes to Trento to attend to her graduation. Unfortunately Cheche didn’t make it so we told her we’d get her one once we are here in the city. Bad me I forgot it so I asked her if she wanted me to write her name on the cake. She looked at me in disbelief but when I told her I really can do it if she’d buy me milk flavored Krimsticks (creamy candy in a thin package that looks like a stick), she ran to the store and handed me five of those. I wrote her name as big as I could.

It did not turn out the way I wanted because the candy has gotten a bit hard but Ella was really thrilled to see that name in there.
