Cheche’s fruit of labor
Yesterday our brat
little sister treated us with a very yummy pan pizza from Pizza Hut and a very rocky road ice cream. nom…nom…nom…She also paid for the roasted chicken and the drinks. She asked if we could meet at SM but my sister Crislyn said she’s busy sitting on her stability ball, so we all just went to their apartment. Well, I don’t have any photos taken because the camera and the whole bag with the kids spare clothes and diaper was left at home. I already packed it and thought Donald carried it when we went out of the house. Ate brought out their camera and snapped some evidences of Cheche’s second salary treat. Yes, Cheche demanded to take some photos and blog about it. LOL We didn’t get to taste her first salary though because she has moved out of my sister Crislyn’s apartment and they are both not in the happy mood for a treat.

A reunion
Caring for Eman is getting more difficult each day. He just loved to be held and rocked while standing. I love to do that but he is just so heavy!
Like other days…..all I did was feed, bathe, hold, rock and do some little chat with him…then fix lunch and farm.
And oh blog…yes, I am blogging a little now.
While our little man is still needing a lot of attention and care, our dear little lady here is surely growing so fast and independent. Several months ago, I noticed a great change in her. She can use the bathroom alone, bathe herself, brush her teeth, fix her hair, get her own food, make her own glass of milk, puts on her socks and shoes, get dressed and she even cleaned her book bag tonight before going to bed. How I wish I could freeze her growth like the plants in Farm Town.
Speaking of Farm Town, I took a picture of my sisters and I in my farm.
But I am so dumb not to know how to post it here in my blog. Tried cropping it and resizing it but it does not appear as I want it to be. I will figure it out first. Anyway, I logged it to Cheche’s account and hired her to harvest my grapes. Then my sister Crislyn came and helped out. While I was standing there, I took a photo of us. When my sister Crislyn read the message that I am taking photo she suggested that we move near the flowers in my farm house. It’s like a reunion. I can’t believe we had a picture in my farm!
Tomorrow I will ask Donald to pose with me.

At last
My sister Cheche will be starting her OJT (on-the-job-training) tomorrow at Swiss Deli Restaurant in Davao City. At last she will because I thought she can’t start this soon. She was actually hired as secretary of the son of Ms. Joji Ilagan Bian, the owner of the school she graduated from. My sister Crislyn and I are chatting earlier because Cheche sent both of us a message that she needs a black flats for her OJT and we were making fun of it telling her that we can cut the heels of her old shoes so it will be flat.
I am happy for her because she can buy what she wants if she gets a nice paying job. This OJT will be a start and if Mamang is still alive, she’s as happy for her too. She’s into accessories so much and pretty tops and shoes. I bet she will spend her first salary on those stuffs or maybe she will save for a watch. I stumbled on www.bestoftime.com, the best independent dealer of 100% genuine, certified and authentic Rolex watches with a three year warranty and free FedEx shipping. They offer the best deals because they are able to avoid the manufacturer’s pricing controls and passes the savings directly to the customers.
I admit, I am an addict
So I finally had the time to write a post. We were just here in the house the whole week with Cheche and that whole week was spent in our farms. Yeah! I got hooked on Farm Town too! Certified Farm Town Addict. I started last Saturday and I can’t seem to get enough. On my first day, Donald just watched me play. Second day, he started to complain that I had less time in our online tasks and he warned me that he will get mad if I won’t stop.
Third day, he started farming too. ![]()
.
Cheche left for Davao this morning crying! She said she will be missing Ella and Eman. She was suppose to go home last Sunday but we asked her to stay longer which she gladly did. She was a big help here while I do farming!
Now that she’s gone, I think I will just plant seeds that has longer waiting period. Be right back for more updates about our week.
I am back!
I am back!
We thought we will suffer one more night of total darkness. Glad that ASELCO was able to do the repairs quicker and so the power was back on at around 5ish.
For 32 hours of no fan, no internet, no water, no light, ……we felt we are in Mars.
Cheche who is used to city life, was telling us that we live far from civilization over and over again and that it’s so lonely here. We are asking her to stay longer so I could work overtime to beat the deadline. Glad that she agreed but my worry is that it’s my sister Crislyn’s birthday tomorrow. I was thinking she might be needed there but we are talking via YM now and I hope she will agree.
We found out that having no electricity has brought something good. We have spent two dinners with Ate Beth and Kuya David in their place. We went there yesterday afternoon just to kill the time and to show Cheche around but we ended up staying for dinner (with invitation of course)
. We also discussed work related matters for the newly approved projects. Then again this afternoon we went back there for a chat and you guessed it right, we were also invited for dinner so we stayed until 8pm talking about personal matters this time. If we do have electricity, we could have not gone there and bonded with them.
Finally
After Cheche had some sort of “drama” the other night that it feels as though she did not graduate from college because I and my sister Crislyn hadn’t blogged about it, we both promised her that we will make a post about it.
Today is my expected date of delivery and had Eman waited for this day to come out, Cheche could have been the star of my blog the day she graduated. Unfortunately, Eman decided to make an early appearance and stole the spotlight from her.
Anyways, it’s always better to be late than never writing a post at all so ladies and gentlemen…..I am proud to announce that our youngest sister Cheche has finally finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Joji Ilagan Career Center Foundation Inc.
