I am very disappointed with the employee of 2GO SM branch in Davao City. It was my third time to ship items (since Donald does most of the shipping) and I get more and more disappointed with my every visit there. The lady, who appeared to be the only employee of the shop, doesn’t seem to have any idea on how to handle transactions and inquiries. She doesn’t even address me Ma’am and that is what I hate most when talking to store clerks, security guards, sales ladies/sales men and the like. I believe they ought to address each client with respect may it be a farmer with wearing his old torn clothes or the president of the Philippines on her expensive suit. I am taking into consideration that I am here in Davao City where people speak Cebuano. I don’t expect to hear po and opo, ho and oho but I am very upset with this lady who can’t even answer my questions in a very nice way. She won’t even look me in the eye! Another client who came in to ask for their cargo services just left after she didn’t entertain her well. Like what she did to me, her eyes are pinned on the monitor and her hands on the keyboard. I know I am not the only one on this and I hope the management will take time to investigate because they will loose customers with that kind of customer service that they are providing. After all LBC is just a few steps away.
Everytime I open the tube, the global financial crisis is always on the headline news which drives most people insane. I think it just makes the situation worst with the people taking out their investments and deposits from the banks and businesses. They go about like the end of the world is nearing. Business owners are gone crazy too how to handle the situation. I could feel the blow too but I don’t really panic like the business owners out there since I stay at home and earn from blogging.
