I am helping my sister Crislyn plow BIL’s farm but I remember I should blog first so I am here…….I bet she’s wondering if I got booted again.

There’s not much going on here that is why I haven’t blogged yesterday. Eman has been too fussy today which made me a little bit annoyed at myself because I cannot go on dancing and rocking him for a long period. It makes me feel like I’d pass out anytime. He’s getting heavier each day. He just wanted me to hold him while standing and when I try to sit, he’d know it! So like what Donald said to me through IM, I was unproductive today. This a long overdue post but I am always a believer of the adage “Better Late Than Never” so here is my more than two weeks late post.

Last June 25 and 26 we were in Davao City. That was Thursday and Friday but Ella has no class so we decided it is best to travel that time so we could be back when the Balikbayan boxes arrives here. It was originally addressed to my sister Crislyn’s apartment because we were planning to move to Kabacan last summer. It took 5 months to get those most awaited boxes due to some delays. Well when Eman did come out all plans must be canceled for financial reasons and we were lucky that the forwarding company let me change the address from the city to the province.

We left Trento at 10:30am and we were already in Davao at 2pm. Since the bus takes the route that passes by SM, we got off there and went inside to look for the little boy’s clothes. He has outgrown most of his baby clothes so fast and at 3 months, he wears 6-9 mos or 9-12mos clothes! There’s not much on sale there so we headed my sister Crislyn’s place at almost 6pm.

I don’t usually buy signature stuffs especially for myself. Although I know that the quality is way much better than the cheapo ones, I can’t just convince myself to spend money on pricey stuffs. The very first reason is that I don’t have money to spend. :-l Second, I noticed through time that pricey stuffs don’t last long to me like the cheapo stuffs. But maybe if we have more than enough money, then I could probably shell out some moolah for such items.

Last time we went to my hometown for my grandfather’s funeral, we had a reunion too with cousins from Manila. They are sisters. I have seen Manang Marichel and Manang Marites when I went to take part of the Buy Pinoy Trade Expo in SM Megamall two years ago. But I didn’t it is almost 10 years since I last saw the eldest, Manang Maribel. It was so wonderful to see them all again and when we parted, I brought home a REEF slippers.

1. Do you like to read a book that is in movie format before you view the movie, or afterwards?
I’d rather read the book first before trying to watch it in movie format. But I honestly don’t want watching a book in movie format because it disappoints me how the script writer alters some of the content of the book.
2. Have you ever had a dream about being a place you’ve never been, and days or years later, you end up there?
