Caroleen’s Treasures

Mama Ingrid has been selling her house in North Carolina for over a year now. There are people who really wanted to buy it but according to her, they cannot get the money from the bank. There may be factors that affected their housing loan. So even when she has not sold her house yet, she bought another house that is smaller and nearer to her workplace. Since she is a widow and has no children, her old house is just to huge for her. She said if we could just go there she wouldn’t sell her old house. Oh part of me wanted to go there (main reason is the good health insurance in nc which is a a lot different with our PhilHealth here) but we will be going to miss a lot of stuffs here. Family, friends, food and places….there is none like home and so we are sticking our butts here.
