I was meaning to blog about Ella’s birds but I was swamped with projects but I am so glad I was able to take photos of them last May 19.

The first bird is a love bird, the second one is a local parrot. These are suppose to be a birthday present for Ella from Richie and Irene but they gave it before her birthday because one love bird escaped and two others died. So they decided to just give it to Ella so she can still enjoy it. Love birds needs a mate in order to survive so we put the parrot and the love bird in one cage in hopes that the love bird will live.

Sadly, Cheche found the parrot dead inside the cage the other day. I had no idea why. They were fed and watered regularly. Maybe it was the weather or maybe the parrot cannot stand the love bird? I was really expecting that the love bird cannot be fooled that the parrot is a love bird too and so it’ll die. Not that the parrot will die first.

Donald convinced Ella to free the love bird before it will die. I do not know when will they do it but just this afternoon Donald found it dead too. Poor birds. I was thinking, if it was freed earlier, will it survive? Will it find a mate? I hate to think of their death. It saddens me and the more I think about it, the more I can’t eat. Well, I want to gain weight. Like 10 pounds. I don’t need stressors (because it’s like the  best diet pills for women that makes me loose weight). I am just so glad Ella didn’t cry a river like she did with Miyaki and I am just so glad I have these photos of them. I guess it’s because she didn’t see them suffer unlike with her dog. Now I can sleep well because my girl is just fine with that and has accepted her birds fate.
