My babies

Last Saturday, I went to SM to meet my high school friends and of course my whole family tagged along. We are inseparables ya know.
We were at SM a couple of hours before the agreed time. We brought the laptop to Thinking Tools to get the DVD ROM checked. Then we went down to the Food Court (our favorite tambayan) and pigged out on cheese flavored french fries and choco fudge black pearls. Nom nom nom.
Since we will have dinner together with my friends, we brought the stroller so the little guy will be comfortable just in case he naps. The whole time we were there Ella was the one pushing the stroller around. She would get mad if we will take over.
She was showing his little brother around the windows we passed by, stopping for a while to let the little guy see those mannequins in fancy clothes.
She was so proud and happy that we had the stroller. Since the day I discovered the baby sling, we rarely use the stroller when we go out.
Soon the little guy started to get bored….
and sleepy. But he stayed in his stroller,
because the big sister was always ready to amuse him with her antics.
And the little guy just loves all the attention given by his big sissy.
She told him they can talk to Mamang Eling in heaven.
That is what she believed in since she was 3…that the lady who is speaking on the other end is my Mom.
No matter how many times I told her that it is a recorded voice telling her to press this and that to place a call. I think she already knew it because she is smart but she just refuses to accept it because hearing that sweet voice comforts her longing heart.
Eman was amused too but I have to stop them because people might use the phone….and so the little guy was back in his bored self. LOL
But he never fussed and I am sooooo proud of my two kids for behaving well the entire time we were waiting for Donald.
I wish they will always be like this small. I hope they will not grow too fast. I wish they will always be as innocents as they are even when I am putting on wrinkle lotion for my aging skin. I wish they will always believe that the lady on the other end of the telephone is my Mom.
