It's been a while since we had that big of a rain storm... I know last January it rained a lot, and there was a lot of flooding in the area... But man, I would love to see some temps up in the 70s (F)... That sounds so warm and spring like! :D ... It's actually not too bad right now. It's in the mid 50s... A few weeks ago it was 9* F...
