Poor Teddy suffered a cut on the forehead. I noticed it last week but didn’t mind it until I saw Ella wrapping him in blankie and carrying him around. Does he look so sad and hurt? Well, Ella just loves band aids and made a story just to make use of some of it lying around in the house. Can’t blame her because I have been there, done that too when I was her age. I do not know why it thrills me to have band-aids anywhere in my body. When we had a vacation at my father’s place in Pagadian City, I secretly took a piece from my aunt’s sari-sari store. I had no cut or bruise then and wished I had! Still I put it on my arm and felt so proud. LOL
When I saw a box of Band-Aid in different colors inside one of the Balikbayan boxes, wow was I really thrilled! Ella was all smiles too when she showed me a tiny bruise ’cause she’s dying to have one. Last August, we brought the kids at Ella’s pedia. Eman had HIB immunization and she got flu shot. Tita Doc (that’s what she calls her pedia) never had a problem. There were tears but when she saw the Band-Aid and some lollipops, all tears are gone.
See her Dora band-aid there. She even doesn’t want to take a bath afraid that it might peel off. LOL

My kids don’t really care for bandaids, because it hurts to take them off (when it pulls on the little hairs on their arms, etc) .
