So yesterday I turned a year older….and it was the best birthday I had. Why because I have two babies who always inspires me. Of course I am also blessed with a wonderful husband who wanted to really make me happy on my special day. The night before, I already made plans to stay at home to work on the orders and just spend it relaxing and playing in FB. But before midnight Donald got his earnings and he insisted that we go out. Spent almost the whole day out getting materials for cloth diapers and shopped for some nice but cheap stuffs at DCLA – a cluster of stalls owned by Chinese and Koreans at the heart of business area in Davao City.

After being gone the whole day, we went home and invited my sister Crislyn and BIL over. Cheche was at work so we just send food for her. It’s just us and my cousin’s wife and daughter. There was no fixing of special dishes since we don’t have time and not much money to spare. hehehehe….it’s just a simple dinner. We just ordered lumpiang shangai and sotanghon guisado and bought two roasted chicken. My sister and BIL brought a couple boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts and they also bought ice cream. I was dying to taste that doughnuts since it arrived in the country and the wait was over 4 years. LOL The wait is worth it though because it was really good! My Double Dutch cake from Donald was so delicious too and I told him I want him to get me a cake every week. Not too demanding huh?

Before the day ended, we were able to have some family pictures taken using the timer.

This is the most decent photo…itis really difficult to use the timer with a baby. No one will call him to look at the camera. hehehehe

I had the most wonderful birthday and thanks to my hubby and my babies….and to my few visitors too. And oh thanks to all who greeted me on Facebook. Mwah!
