Since Eman got sick, there has been a huge change of plans and perspectives. I was seeing my children grow in Trento but it was suddenly changed. While we are in the hospital for the third time, my cousin’s wife Manang Inday mentioned about applying for a housing loan. They are running a zero equity promo at that time until the end of August. That was August 20 so we had only 10 days to look for 15,000 pesos downpayment/processing fee. I talked about this to my sister Crislyn and we didn’t expect that she and BIL are more than willing to help us with the downpayment so we could be neighbors! Yay! So to make the story short, we applied for a housing unit at Residencia del Rio. We will now have our own home address. What we are thinking about now is how to move our stuffs from the province to here. We do not have enough resources to hire a truck like that from the moving companies Los Angeles but God is so good because Kuya Bernard was kind enough to offer his truck for free. Although it may take a couple of weeks or so, we won’t mind at all as long as we can move everything for free. We will be renting a house owned by Manang Inday’s friend near where our houses will be built so we can check for the progress every now and then. Since it is a low cost housing, we anticipate for some flaws which could be avoided if you are there on the site.
