Yesterday was special because Eman turned 6 months old and it was “Family Day” for Ella. I am becoming lazy in taking pictures of the kids which is bad since Eman is showing more antics than ever and I missed to capture most of that. So to mark this day, I propped him on the bed and started clicking away.
He seemed not so in the mood for photo shoot.
then he started praying or was he counting his little fingers?
But when he looked up…..
It was not long before I could take some decent photos.
And flashed his cutest smile but I was too slow to capture all.:-(

As of the little girl here, she was very excited that it was FaMEALy Day. She have seen it on TV that September 28 is FaMEALy Day that was spearheaded by Monde Nissin Corporation, makers of Lucky Me instant noodles and pancit canton. They are promoting the values of family eating together because studies showed that kids eating with their parents are less likely to drop out of school and do drugs. It was all over the television and she really took it seriously. When she was small, we usually have the Sunday as our family day. After we go to church, we bring her to the mall to play and that was her family day before. So yesterday, she was asking us to go to the mall and we explained we do not have money to spare at this time. She understood and said we must buy roasted chicken instead. So there, she already had the concept that “special” days should be celebrated with roasted chicken.

I can’t believe that Eman is 6 months old! He is sooooo cute! And getting so big!
I love to have family meals together. It’s fun to listen to what the kids are thinking/talking about.
