Happy Mother’s day!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms in the world!

Thank you to my cousins, nephew and friends who greeted me today. Sorry guys I haven’t sent a reply because our cellphone has no minutes but I will see if I can send Donald to the store to load some minutes.

It is indeed a very special day not just because it is Mother’s Day but because it is Sunday and also there are wonderful photos that was taken today that I will forever cherish. The anthuriums above are for my dearest mom. Although she’s home with the Lord for almost three years now, I still bought fresh flowers for her. You can’t get fresh roses or orchids here and I am lucky to find anthuriums in the market yesterday.

Donald seldom wore this dress shirt so when I saw him wore it, I have to dig in the dresser for our little man’s dress shirt.

Oh yeah, the little man is wearing pants too!

And look at my post-pregnancy fats. I guess that will stay until it’s time to wean Eman. Anyway I am loving the bulges (and I don’t have any plans on taking Apidexin yet although it is the best diet pill) because I look younger and I feel more belonged to the Moya clan. It’s my mom’s side of the family and almost all of my cousins have those treasured fats. Now they can’t tease me for being so skinny. hehehehe.

My little girl is surely on a growth spurt. This top used to be too big for her and it’s just a few months ago…..now this may be her last photo wearing this so I am posting this as a farewell snap to her favorite Sunday top. After the photo shoot, we went to the chapel and waited for the bible study to begin. It’s Donald who will be teaching and I missed his class again because I have kids. Maybe soon I could sit and listen when the volunteer to teach the kids can manage it on her own. I let the kids make cards for their moms and everyone enjoyed it. Since we now held the class out in the shade, there are more room for them all. It was not too humid today so Eman never complained in his attire. During the worship service, the little boys gathered around Eman and their eyes glowed like they just saw a baby.

I have prepared gifts for the moms and it somehow touched them. It’s actually the gifts that we should have given them last Mother’s Day but I shied away because we just moved here and I don’t know everyone yet.  Donald and Ella did the “ceremony” and each got a fashion bracelet in a red box.

Those are actually stuffs that were not sold when we had an itsy-bitsy business of selling gift items back in my hometown and of course we told them about it. I could tell that they seldom receive presents during special days like this. Some got teary-eyed and some can’t even saya  word. Forgive how gravely they all look, they are camera shy and am just glad they all stood infront for a quick photo shoot.
