Her treasured moments

Ella was having some “drama episodes” last night because she has been scolded for being so strong willed. She deserves it but then like Manang Barbara (our godmother) said, Ella is special and we have to work with her to love her brother.  So while she lay on her bean bag watching tv, she was surprised when I propped the boppy pillow and laid Eman on top of her.

She has held her brother for a couple times already yet she becomes more and more delighted each time she gets the chance.

She loved holding her brother and that gave me and Donald enough time to update our blogs.

Today I am happy that a couple young people volunteered to teach the kids. We were already starting the class when the first volunteer arrived and since I never expect it, I let them do singing and some reviews on the bible stories. Next week they will be turning over the class to them. I will let them use the coloring books and story books that I personally own. My prayer is answered since I cannot do it anymore with a baby whose nursing from time to time. Maybe this is one way they had in mind to stop us from leaving. It was also our meal fellowship and we had a great time chatting while having lunch. I am getting really good at eating with just one hand. I guess I will be needing diet pill that works to shed off the pregnancy fats because I just loves food and eating with just one hand would not deter me. :-(

In the afternoon, Donald brought Ella to the open field. Ella had fun flying her kite and riding her bike with her dear friend Charlie. Glad Donald brought the camera, I have some photos to steal from him.

Charlie held the kite from afar while Ella pulled the string as she ran fast but it won’t fly. Donald found a way to make it more fun and successful.

He tied it on the bike and it did fly!

Soon Eman will join them….can’t wait for that day to come but I know when the day comes I would then ask….”where did the time go????” Wish they would not grow fast, wish they will always be my babies.

We don’t have enough wind here for kites… but when we go to the beach, we take kites. There is a LOT of wind on the Oregon coast! *lol*
