Finally I was able to finish this project just tonight after I had my hair and nails done at the saloon in the market. I used to do my nails but I thought I left my manicuring set in Davao (and later found out it was in Donald’s traveling bag) and I can’t reach my toenails with this huge bump anymore so I decided it’s time to give myself some pampering before I will be wheeled to the delivery room. I know they are going to remove it in the hospital but I badly need to have a decent look tomorrow because it’s Ella’s graduation and recognition program.
Before Donald and I headed to the saloon while Ella was at school, we went to Central Warehouse to look for something for Ella. We already bought her graduation gift/s (the guitar and the bike) but I still want to wrap something for her. I had no luck there so we went to buy some stuffs in the grocery section instead. I tried to walk like human the whole time but even without mirror infront of me, I know I walked like a penguin or maybe like a horse that was abundant with horse supplements.
It does really hurt and it’s not fun at all. Anyway, I am just counting 14 days and my ordeal will finally end.
While I was having my nails done, Donald fetched Ella at school and he let her ride her bike from there to the market which is nearly a kilometer. The girl was very thrilled and insists on riding her bike when we left the market to go to Gino’s house. Gino’s mom wanted Ella to be his son’s partner in a duet presentation tomorrow. They will sing “Tayong Dalawa” but even though it’s the theme song of the soap opera in channel, I am not so familiar with the lyrics. So Donald searched for a song video in Youtube which Ella watched and listened for four times during their lunch break. So when we arrived there, they started their practice and we (Donald and Gino’s mom and dad) were amused at how the two sang the song. I guess I will be having tons of photos to share tomorrow. I will also post a photo of Ella in her folk dance dress which Julie wanted to see and also Ella wearing her toga.
