A box of cloth diapers

At last I was able to sew three receiving blankets today. One more to go and I am done but Ella was preparing to go to bed and in just a few moments she’ll be calling me to lie beside her to read a book or have some snuggle. I decided I will make a quick post while she checks Spidy on the canister.

Let me just share for now all the cloth diapers that I have sewn for our baby boy. I know it’s kinda late because it’s been more than a week that I have finished this project but I only realized now that I have not showed these photos.

They are all washed and just waiting for Emmanuel’s appearance so they could be called “useful”. :-) I’m now being paged…..the princess is wanting me now. Glad I am still able to post today and check elliptical machine that are on sale. Great for those who are wanting to shed some fats. Soon I will be one of them. ;-) See yah on the flipside!

Goodness, but those are just TOO CUTE! … Have you made any in bigger sizes, or are you going to wait until he needs those sizes?

I made 6 in newborn size and 36 in small size. I think he could only wear that for a month (hopefully two). :-) I will be starting to make medium sized as soon as I am able to sew after I gave birth. ;-)

Hi carol, ang creative and skillful mo naman. I just bought two dozen cloth diapers for my sis baby (for firsst 3 months) then dispo na til he grows up.

Ang ganda ng gawa mo. Are those dispo or washable? How do babies wear that? Direct ba or u will u still need to put on the dispo diaper?

Thanks for the compliments! :-) Those are washable and the design are patterned from the disposable diapers na may velcro kaya para di na gagamit ng pins or clips. No need to wear diaper cover, briefs or panties kasi I used printed fabric to make it stylish. May 4 layers na soakers akong tinahi sa loob niyan (padding yun to soak the wee-wee) kaya di na mababasa ang kumakarga. ;-)
