I hope I could sleep through the night but I doubt if I could. Wish the weather will be sunny tomorrow and the days to come because it’s no fun having some attacks at all. With a growing belly, it’s very hard to move and find the perfect position in bed that is comfortable. Glad we had this Julie’s Bakeshop bread bag that I used to help me breath. Ella played with it and put some leaves a few days ago which makes the odor like that of an herb. Although it’s a great help, I still find it hard to sleep holding the bag on my face.
You read it right, on my face because it’s big that it could cover my entire face.
I have to do some sweet talk to Donald if he can hold it for me while I sleep for a couple of hours because my head is spinning. I needed sleep so badly!!!!!
Tomorrow is market day again and I hope we could go out and shop. We need to replenish our food stocks and I need to get ingredients for Puto Cheese that we will be preparing for the meal fellowship on Sunday. I long to make Puto Cheese and I am excited because we have finally got our steamer when we went to our hometown after more than a year of separation.
On the other note, Ella had a long quiz at school and since they finished it early, they weren’t able to have some snacks at school. The popcorn she brought for the whole class all went to Teacher Jane. Let’s see what she can say about our first trial full of and error.
It’s not actually error, there’s no wrong if I make some adjustments right? But I didn’t do it on purpose. it’s just that I lost a piece of my measuring spoon and one of the measuring cup so I have to do a guessing game of the quantity of ingredients using the remaining spoons and cups I had.
But I tell you, I don’t really follow recipes because no businessman will share his secret recipe. In our Puto Cheese making history, and all the other goodies and processed meats products before….I never ever follow the recipe I got. I make my own measurement and write it in water so no one could steal it.
Even Donald don’t know the exact measurement which became a joke between us…that I intentionally hid it from him so he won’t be a strong competitor of my Puto Cheese business when we will get a divorce.
We always have a good laugh each time we remember that. So I have to remember again how much of this and that to make my special Puto Cheese. it’s been so long since I last make a batch of it and I hope I can remember it.
