For days now we could not work in OHJ on our regular 8 hours shift. The queue has been very minimal and IT people said it could go on for days so OHJ personnel, shift leaders and coders did some adjustments. The coders can work for 4 hours maximum each day to give everyone a chance. The other coders who does not have a shift at that given time who wanted to work needs to be on the chat conference when they are waiting for their turn. The shift leader, when there is a need to add a coder, will call the first coder on the list of TAMBAY (waiting mode). When you leave the conference for any reason (even power interruption) for a maximum of 10 minutes, you will go back to the bottom of the list of TAMBAY. Some complained but we could not do anything about it.

So this morning, Donald woke up so early to list my name as TAMBAY. Ella went to school, was back and played in the pc. She just loves exploring new yahoo games. I asked her twice to click on the conference window to see if I was called to log in, but no luck. The third time I asked her to open the confe, she accidentally closed the window. Oh well, I did not mind. After all it was only 1pm and my shift is 5pm. It is such a waste of electricity to wait and since my head is aching, I decided to put off the pc and we took a nap.  

Now I am writing my post early in case I will be called to work. I am crossing my fingers here! Got to go, be checking Toshiba Satellite before my shift.
