This Too Will Pass Away
If I can endure for this minute
Whatever is happening to me,
No matter how heavy my heart is
Or how the dark the moment may be-
If I can remain calm and quiet
With all my world crashing about me,
Secure in the knowledge God loves me
When everyone else seems to doubt me-
If I can but keep on believing
What I know in my heart to be true,
That darkness will fade with the morning
And that this will pass away, too-
Then nothing in life can defeat me
For as long as this knowledge remains
I can suffer whatever is happening
For I know God will break away all the chains
That are binding me tight in the Darkness”

Ella loves dressing up. It all started when she was barely two years old. We and my older sister, Crislyn, who is still single at that time are living in just one house to cut cost. Whenever she would arrive from work, Ella would run to the door and gives her tita hugs and kisses. Read more… »

Butterfly orchid taken during our monthly visit in Trento, Agusan del Sur last March 7.
Donald and I married when we were 21. We just celebrated our 5th anniversary last February and we had tried different micro businesses over the years. We made longganisa and tocino, puto cheese, kutchinta, polvoron, pastillas and peanut butter. We also tried selling fish, vegetables and ready to wear garments. We did manage a small restaurant in my hometown in Kabacan, Cotabato. We also had a store of ukay-ukay (used garments, household items, bags and shoes) and a small fruitstand. Read more… »
